About the project

Blunt & Brave Digital Academy was commissioned to deliver workshops at the Home Festival, a biannual arts and community event organised by the Warwick Schools Foundation. Our role in the festival showcased our commitment to creating engaging, fun, and creative activities for families of all ages, aligned with the theme of "home."

These workshops were designed to provide immersive, hands-on experiences that encouraged creativity, collaboration, and innovation. By fostering meaningful and memorable activities, Blunt & Brave inspired families to connect, create, and take home new ideas for continued exploration.

Our Workshops

Families explored the world of sound and film by creating interstellar soundscapes and special effects using everyday household items. Participants engaged in crafting a space-themed narrative, transforming ordinary objects into tools for unique auditory experiences.

Try It: Podcasting

This drop-in session introduced participants to the basics of podcasting, including setting up microphones and digital recorders. Families had the opportunity to record their own podcast segments, sharing their thoughts on how they stay creative at home and what sparks their imagination.
