Birmingham Festival 23 brought the city to life as a vibrant legacy of the Commonwealth Games 2022, weaving community celebration into every corner. We delivered a suite of visual materials that combined practicality and creativity—wayfinding signage, merchandise stand decals, bespoke menus, and dynamic floor installations. Each element reflected the festival's lively identity and contributed to a cohesive, immersive environment for attendees.

To extend the festival's impact, we partnered with the festival's marketing team to create a branded Instagram filter, offering an interactive layer of engagement. Audiences and artists could share their experiences across social media, amplifying the festival's reach and uniting physical and digital spaces. From "Birmingham Forever" T-shirts celebrating the city’s enduring spirit to iconic visuals echoing Ozzy Osbourne’s famous tribute, our work captured the festival's energy and ensured its legacy resonated far beyond the event itself.
